PERSONALIZED ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON.
If an item is purchased as personalized, you will be sent a draft of the design. Please, at that time, check for correct spelling and colors requested then approve the design.
Sizing - I am not responsible if your item does not 'fit' as you expect. I can give you sizes that are available and tell you if I'm advised that these are true to size or if they run a little large or small but it is your decision on what size you will order and I will fulfill your size choice.
We gladly accept returns or exchanges in the event that the customer has received a damaged or defective item, or the wrong item was shipped by the seller. If you received a damaged or defective item, or the wrong item, contact us at anitaroberts99@yahoo.com.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
